November 26, 2013 The Trails Preservation Alliance (TPA) and the Colorado off Highway Vehicle Coalition (COHVCO), have announced the formation of a strategic alliance between the 2 organizations to address all OHV recreation issues in Colorado. This alliance will make maximum use of the resources in both organizations to help protect and enhance OHV recreation on public lands in Colorado. |
